Quotations are being sought from suitably experienced organisations including Higher Educational establishments to undertake a systematic evaluation of Beyond, Cheshire and Merseyside's Children and Young People's Children's Transformation Programme. Proposals should provide a comprehensive response to the requirements set out in the RFQ documents and should include a full cost profile, timescales, and outcomes. The amount of funding available for this project is up to £40,000 inclusive of VAT.
