About this contract

The Forestry Commission is inviting tenders for the provision of professional valuation services of the business Forest Holidays and Camping in the Forest. The supplier will be expected to provide a valuation for entry into the Forestry Commission Accounts for the next five years. The valuation must be carried out by registered RICS Business Valuers and prepared under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Additional valuation work will be required on a call-off order including a business valuation associated with any restructuring ie sale of shares, sale of business and rental valuation on the lease ground rents.
