Professional services to support the delivery of: Kings Quarter Development Gloucester City OJEU Ref: 2016/S 154-278623 This procurement will be via the Restricted procedure.Gloucester City Council are inviting development specialists to submit a PQQ, and if successful, a subsequent Tender, to deliver a major regeneration scheme and drive forward the delivery of a newly regenerated, high quality, transformational arrival point and place for the city. It is anticipated the contract start date will be 1st December 2016 and is estimated to be initially 18 months but could be for a further 2 x 18 months subject to funding.
