The anticipated contract award will inform a flexible, cost-effective, solution commensurate with Council demands in immediate, short- and medium-term contexts. The proposed contract is also expected to inform Transport for London’s (TfL) continuing confidence to award (discretionary) grants – which complement the Council’s corporate ‘15-Minute Neighbourhoods’ aspirations and broader ‘Mission Waltham Forest’ agenda – to underpin vibrant local economies and an increasingly sustainable regional environment.
