About this contract
The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge, at https://defra-family.force.com/s/Welcome Any questions, requests to participate or tender submissions must be submitted electronically via this portal. The intention is to award a 6-year contract to allow for the whole pump Fleet assets to be refurbished and create long term value for money across a six-year period. Mobile Assets (MA) on behalf of the Environment Agency wishes to establish two national contracts: Lot 1: To award a managing agent / tier 1 supplier for the purchase of all pumps (2" - 36"); including not limited to the auxiliary equipment. This enables flexibility in the assets as the market evolves and moves away from diesel pumps. Lot 2: A single supplier who provides refurbishment services for all EA's pumps.
