About this contract

St Mungo's Community Housing Association ("St Mungo's") is seeking a Design and Build contractor to deliver the reconstruction of Prowse Place, London Borough of Camden. The property itself comprises of three large railway arches, creating both an exciting project as well as a potentially more complex one. St Mungo's are decanting one property to another, and the deadline is both tight and binding - the deadline for the works to be completed must be adhered to.
