About this contract

This commission will appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Employers Agent (EA) to manage and deliver the Councils Precision Manufactured Housing (PMH) procurement strategy. The appointed EA will lead, manage and evaluate a procurement exercise, culminating with the appointment of a manufacturer, or set of manufacturers to deliver the Councils PMH programme. It is a requirement that bidding parties for this commission have significant experience and a demonstrable track record across the delivery and procurement of PMH programmes.
