Note this is not a Tender - This Prior Information Notice is being published by the Business Services Organisation (BSO) Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) on behalf of the Public Health Agency (PHA), for the purposes of informing and engaging with potential service providers regarding the upcoming public competition for the provision of project management and administrative support to delivery of a Community Development Capacity Building Programme and Community Mentoring and Grants Programme. PaLS on behalf of the PHA wish to engage with potential suppliers to obtain a view of the market’s current practices in the following areas: • The introduction of mandatory scored Social Value criteria. • Current practices in regard to ethical procurement, human rights and modern slavery. • Current data protection and cybersecurity arrangements.
