About this contract

The Constabulary is looking for ways to effectively identify how to reach the key audiences of potential Career and ESP Employers and their staff in Hertfordshire and develop marketing and design solutions to encourage them to consider signing up to becoming a Special Constable or joining the ESP scheme. The Constabulary wishes to access the expertise of an external public relations, communications and/or marketing company to research and deliver images, visuals, slogans and wording for each of the two themes (Career and ESP), plus low-cost marketing plans for each theme, that will help the force in support of its objectives and to help it to reach desired audiences more effectively.
