About this contract

Corserv Solutions Ltd Facilities division are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to supply & Install Integrated Plumbing Services and Sanitary Ware at the old Pound Stretcher Penzance, under an NEC minor works contract. Please refer to pricing schedule for scope of works. Please price from supplied drawings and in accordance with the Architectural Specifications Document. After review of drawings please price any identified additional works as a separate line item with clear description of location, works description and quantity. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 100% Price.
