About this contract

Bath & North East Somerset Council intends to award a new contract for the provision of its portable multi-media interpretation system at the Roman Baths and Fashion Museum in Bath as of 1st February 2016. The Council invites approaches from suitably experienced suppliers to provide, by leasing arrangement aportable audio guide interpretation system in several languages and the necessary associated recharging,programming and operational equipment, and provide on-going maintenance of the system. One supplier is required to provide equipment to both attractions for a period of five years with an option to extend for a further two, one year periods to a total of seven years.
