PORTABLE MULTI-MEDIA INTERPRETATION SERVICE Additional information: TENDER-9YNC-YP99JS Bath & North East Somerset Council intends to award a new contract for the provision of its portable multi-media interpretation system at the Roman Baths and Fashion Museum in Bath as of 1st February 2015. The Council invites approaches from suitably experienced suppliers to provide, by leasing arrangement a portable audio guide interpretation system in several languages and the necessary associated recharging, programming and operational equipment, and provide on-going maintenance of the system. One supplier is required to provide equipment to both attractions for a period of five years with a possible extension of a further two, one year periods, to a total of seven years. The contract value shown in this notice is the estimated five year total. Invitation to Tender documents are available via the Supplying the South West procurement portal.
