About this contract

Barrow-in-Furness Borough Council are currently seeking tenders for the provision of an efficient window cleaning service both inside and outside various buildings within the Authority. This is to cover out buildings with low level requirements to be cleaned using a hot water fed pole system. The contract will be for an initial 24-month period, commencing Monday 1st September with an option to negotiate for a further two years, by mutual agreement. The contract will be subject to a 12 monthly review of the awarded Contractor; Barrow Borough Council reserves the right to terminate the contract should the service being received is deemed unsatisfactory.
