About this contract

The scope of the work involves: • To Block 2 Roof 1: Strip back existing flat roof covering to timber decking. Reinforce existing decking with primed ply board decking. Install 2 layer flat roof system with underlay and cap sheet. Existing kitchen plant to be removed and reinstated. Remove existing ACM roof deck to Roof 1 boiler house. • To Block 2 Roof 2: Strip back existing flat roof covering to existing decking. Reinforce existing deck with primed ply deck. Install 3 layered high performance flat roof system with new VCL, insulation, underlay and cap sheet.
