Planning Related Advice Professional Services Framework (Lot 8) - Following insufficient bids during the original Framework tendering in January 2023, Natural England (NE) wishes to re-run a procurement process and appoint up to six (6) suitable Suppliers onto PRAPS Framework - Lot 8 (Soils, and best and most versatile agricultural land, minerals, and waste) to deliver range of planning advice services. The Suppliers with relevant skills, experience, and expertise in providing expert advice and training on a wide range of planning issues to decision makers and consultees. This procurement is part of Planning Related Advice Professional Services (PRAPS) Framework. The Framework, by nature, is a zero (0) value contract and it does not offer any commitment. However, the maximum value of this Framework threshold is currently set at £4,999,999 and is strictly dependent on the quantity related to NE requirements through the Framework lifecycle.
