About this contract

WCC is commissioning a horizon-scanning and engagement exercise to shape ways of working for future Town Planning services. This work will support a wider collaborative programme called Planning Horizons, which aims to support Town Planning Services to achieve a set of key outcomes alongside Medium-Term Financial Plan savings targets. We are looking to obtain intelligence on a key set of questions: - What can we learn from how other Local Planning Authorities (LPAs) are operating in the current landscape? - How might Town Planning services in Westminster City Council need to adapt in order to achieve savings targets and Planning Horizons outcomes? - How can we maximise engagement in Town Planning processes with our communities?
