However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The proposed regeneration of John Barker Place is an initial part of a wider plan for Settle to provide additional housing and the scheme aims to provide 129 apartments and townhouses included landscaping and access arrangements. This is a three phased residential development. Phases one and two are part of the full planning application, whereas phase three is an outline application.
