About this contract

Harrogate Borough Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a single suitably qualified and competent contractor to provide a planned preventative maintenance and call out service for heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment at council owned properties in the Harrogate District. The contract will run for a period of one year commencing on 1 June 2019 with an option to extend by a further two 24 month periods. This Tender is a re-advertisement of the procurement run earlier this year.
