About this contract

The Pirbright Institute is seeking a contractor to provide site steam management and boiler maintenance. The service contractor will be responsible for all aspects of maintaining the steam systems and associated utilities. These are fully described in the ITT. Additional information: Economic operators must be able to demonstrate that they have been trading for at least 3 years and that the turnover of the office(s) providing the service is not less than 2 times the potential contract value per annum. Economic operators must be able to demonstrate their economic experience of providing similar goods or services.
