About this contract

A large proportion of existing suspended ceilings were installed when the building was constructed in the 1970s. The ceilings are of two construction types - obsolete interlocked self-supporting tiles or tiles suspended in a grid. There are common areas where upgrade is required to install contemporary lighting and gain above ceiling access.
