About this contract

Westminster City Council is seeking to engage with suitably qualified tenderers to deliver care services within extra care housing to older people who require 24-hour care and support because of their physical, learning or mental ill-health or disability while living in their self-contained home with their own front door and tenancy, and a legal right to occupy the property This contract is initially for period of 5 years with the option to extend for a further period of 3+2 years making a total possible Contract Period of 10 years.
