About this contract

Hull City Council is seeking tenders from interested parties to appoint a suitability qualified and experienced supplier to provide a Design service to support their work in delivering the Pearson Park Parks for People scheme. The successful supplier will undertake the tasks described in the specification in accordance with the requirements of the Heritage Lottery Fund. This work will comprise detailed designs and accounts for park refurbishment, including buildings, structure, statues, landscape and road, cyclist and pedestrian routes that can be readily implemented. Pending confirmation of a successful development phase bid, the successful bidder will continue with the scheme to deliver the required restoration, improvement, and refurbishment works in accordance with the delivery plan by June 2017.
