About this contract

Peaks and Plains Housing Trust is an award winning social housing provider based in Macclesfield. It is a not for profit organisation and is responsible for approximately 5000 properties. The properties range from highrise tower blocks, medium and low rise apartment blocks, traditional terraced streets, large housing estates,communal living and sheltered accommodation complexes. Peaks and Plains Housing Trust intend to procure and award a contract for grounds maintenance services at properties and locations throughout the Macclesfield area. The requirement will be for a planned programme of maintenance services to include, but not be limited to, removal of litter, leaf clearance, grass cutting, lawn edging, border maintenance, hedge trimming, general pruning and maintenance of paths and other hard surfaces. The contract will be in place for an initial term of 3 years with the option to extend for a further period of 1 year. Additional information: Peaks and Plains Housing Trust reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any time and not to proceed with all or any part of the contract. Peaks and Plains Housing Trust and Procure Plus will not, under any circumstances, reimburse any expense incurred by Bidders in preparing their tender submissions for the contract.
