This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to notify the market that the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) intends to conduct an Innovation Day with potential suppliers to develop a deeper understanding of potential solutions in respect of a Secondary Payment Service Provider. If you believe that you would be able to fulfil these requirements and perform these services, then we would be interested to hear from you with an outline of your proposals.
