About this contract

The purpose of this specification is to detail Central London Community Healthcare Trusts' (CLCH) requirements for an online patient-led appointment booking solution. The overarching aim of this solution is to deliver an accessible and cost-effective service, which enables people to have choice and flexibility in the way they manage the booking of their own clinic-based appointments. It also aims to make better use of administrative resources and increase clinic utilisation rates through a reduction in DNA and cancellations.All information and documents are attached to the published opportunity on the DueNorth/ProContract portal.
