About this contract

The District Council of Folkestone & Hythe is seeking the services of a Pas2035 Retro-Fit Coordinator. The role will perform retrofit coordinator services in support of the delivery of energy efficiency retrofit measures in 91 social houses in the Folkestone area. The programme is delivered through the social housing decarbonisation fund (SHDF) to improve the energy efficiency in each of the 91 homes to EPC Band C and reduce energy use to 90kWh/m2/pa through a fabric-first, whole-house approach to prepare for the next stages of low carbon heating.
