About this contract

The New Islington Estate requires a Managing Agent to undertake effective management and maintenance of the common parts, throughout the remaining development period and into the future, ensuring that the area operates as an active and sustainable residential community with a management and maintenance regime commensurate with the requirements of an emerging city centre neighbourhood. Additional information: The Council is using the e-business portal known as the Chest. Applicants will need to register their details at the following link www.the-chest.org.uk. Applicants will need to electronically submit their completed tender documents, including online questionnaire, via the on-line portal by 11am on Monday 31st March 2025.
