About this contract
We are looking to complement our internal rent collection service with an outbound intelligent customer contacting service that will route customers (tenant’s) to make rent payments or speak to an adviser. This service would accompany our existing collection processes and ensure out bound calls/contacts via telephone, email or text, are made as soon as the customer falls into arrears and again at key touch points through the arrears process. This service would need to be driven by data provided by Orbit and at touch points/methods defined by us. This service would need a robust real-time IT reporting system that would be a self-managed dashboard facility with the potential for multiple channels to define and manage the calls to set criteria and to be directed to the specified call adviser location (this may be more than one location).
