About this contract
The City of Bradford Metropolitan Council (Council) is seeking ways to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of its Sport and Cultural Services whilst maximising the use of resources including finance. The Council therefore wishes to understand the most suitable Alternative Delivery Model (ADM) for the provision of services within the Council and is seeking proposals via this ITT for a suitably qualified Consultant. There are two distinct phases of work : Phase OneTo examine and report on the options available to the Council relating to all alternative delivery models for the operational management of the services including the variety of Non Profit Distributing Organisation models (NPDO) and determine the implications and suitability of alternative options for delivery of service with a clear recommendation to the Council. Phase Two The Council may require specialist advice and transitional support, covering all aspects of setting up the new arrangement and in particular if a Non Profit Distributing Organisation (NPDO) is the recommendation to the Council. The Council will be under no obligation to proceed with the second phase regardless of the findings of the first phase assessment.
