About this contract
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), seeks to appoint one supplier to design a pilot of an open data tool to tackle corruption in the energy sector in Mexico. Additional information: There are two specific outputs that the selected supplier is expected to deliver: I. Design a pilot of an open data tool to tackle corruption in the energy sector. This should be designed in coordination with the Ministry for Public Administration (Secretaria de la Función Pública), the Digital Strategy Directorate at the President's Office, and the Technical Secretariat of the National Anti-Corruption System (NACS). The pilot should build on the recommendations from the Open Data Charter to secure that the pilot complies with international standards and the agreements of the Global Anti-Corruption Summit London 2016 adopted by Mexico. II. A report in English and Spanish that includes international best practices on the use of Open Data as a tool to tackle corruption in the Energy sector and that delivers recommendations for Mexican authorities.
