About this contract

Zeal is to re-locate their Leeds Head Office to new premises in 2018. The decision to do so is a result of continued business growth in terms of service offering, client base and team headcount. We need to ensure our new head office represents us, inspires those who walk through the door, and generates pride for those who get to call it their workplace. As one team member put it, "I want an environment that people want to Instagram for its uniqueness". At this stage we are inviting a small number of fit-out companies to provide their recommended initial design concept and space planning ideas for the office. We'll be working to the below timings: • Fit-out partner selected - no later than Fri 22 Dec 2017 • Premises available for fit-out to commence - no later than Fri 23 Feb 2018 (potentially earlier) • Office ready for move-in - no later than Fri 20 April 2018 We are anticipating a spend of around £100K, which covers everything, including: • Conceptualisation and design • Space planning • Research, sourcing and purchase of all furniture, fittings, flooring, etc • Install and fit-out • Full Project Management and liaising directly with the Building Managers to ensure a timely and organised fit out. Additional information: Selection Criteria: The successful supplier will be chosen based on a combination of creativity of the solution and degree in which the brief has been answered by the proposed idea as well as value for money. This project is part-funded by the England European Regional Development Fund as part of the European and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2010 and the Local Growth Fund.
