About this contract
NHS Arden GEM CSU on behalf of NHS England (The Contracting Authority) is inviting suitable organisations to tender for the provision of Offender Personality Disorders Community Services in Derbyshire and Leicestershire. As part of the Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) pathway, these Services would adhere to the four high level outcomes of the National OPD pathway including: For men, a reduction in repeat serious sexual and/or violent offending; or for women, a reduction in repeat offending of specified offences; Improved psychological health, wellbeing, pro-social behaviour and relational outcomes; Improved competence, confidence and attitudes of staff working with complex offenders who are likely to have severe personality disorder; Increased efficiency, cost effectiveness and quality of OPD pathway services.
