North Warwickshire Borough Council is seeking a contractor to construct 10 new build affordable housing across two sites in Atherstone, Warwickshire. Contractors who would like to submit a tender are requested to complete the Invitation to Tender (ITT) and upload submission through the E-tendering portal (no hard copies are required). Please ensure you have uploaded all relevant supporting documents with your submission. The deadline for returns will be 11 November 2019 at 12:00 noon, after this time the ITT stage will close and you will no longer be able to submit your return.
