About this contract

Demolition Works at various sites within Northampton. NOTE: The tender documents contain sensitive information about the demolition of some sites. Therefore, bidders must complete and return the non-disclosure agreement attached to the procurement portal before being given access to the tender documents. NPH wishes to appoint a demolition contractor for a period of two years plus an option to extend for a further two years. There are a number of defined projects that the successful contractor will be required to complete. The successful contractor may also be required to complete any further demolition projects identified during the contract period provided that NPH considers the contractor is capable of carrying out these projects.
