About this contract

English Heritage are seeking to appoint a design consultant to: o Design and evaluate re-roofing options through RIBA Stages 1-4 (EH Stages 1 - 2) to the Auditorium (Opera House) and Portico (Mansion House) at Northington Grange. o Further assess minor works identified to the entire scope of the mansion house roof, including the lead flashing and asphalt covering of the central roof well; slate slopes; valley gutters and hips. o Assess high-level masonry and render works required in association with the roofing works. o Architect services through RIBA Stage 5 (EH Stage 3) Additional information: Suppliers interested in this opportunity should register at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/english-heritage/aspx/Home in order to express interest and download documentation.
