About this contract

North East Lincolnshire Council aims to commission an integrated service that is focussed on outcomes and recovery. Recovery not being defined only as a successful completion of treatment but also includes improved wellbeing outcomes for those individuals using the service and subsequently improvements for wider community cohesion.
