About this contract

Sandwell & West Birmingham CCG wishes to procure Non-Obstetric Ultrasound Service (NOUS). The Contract will commence on the 01st July 2020 and will be for 3 years with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years at the discretion of the CCG. The estimated spend per annum is £1,370,069. The spend figures given are estimates only based on historical activity they are not to be taken as a guarantee of activity. The service is a Schedule 3 Service and is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The process is a one stage process similar to an Open process. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A FINANCIAL THRESHOLD (based on £1,370,069 per annum) - NO BIDS OVER £4,110,207 OVER 3 YEARS (INITIAL PERIOD) OR £6,850,345 OVER 5 YEARS (FULL CONTRACT PERIOD) WILL BE ACCEPTED - ANY BIDS EXCEEDING £4,110,207 (3 YEAR INITIAL PERIOD) OR £6,850,345 (5 YEAR PERIOD) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
