North Lincolnshire Council is seeking quotes for NiteSafe officers who will be required to carry out high visibility foot patrols in a designated area within the Scunthorpe Town Centre, to act as a high visibility deterrent in the form of two uniformed officers assisting in reducing public disorder on the public highway.
