The WY ICB is re-opening this window for new entrants to join the Any Qualified Provider (AQP) list. We are also requesting that current providers re-apply to ensure that they still comply with the requirements of the qualification criteria. The principle aim of the service is to provide a local consultant-led community ENT services for the diagnosis, management, and treatment of ENT problems, which complement and work in partnership with existing primary, community, and secondary care ENT. In addition, by providing a fully integrated Adult Hearing Loss service, the providers will support adults experiencing difficulties with their hearing and communication who might benefit from hearing assessment and care, including the option of trying hearing aids to reduce these difficulties. Details of the requirements are stated in the service specification and can be found as an attachment in the Qualification Envelope in the procurement portal. Please note that by choosing to offer this service as an Any Qualified Provider, the Commissioner offers no guarantee of activity volume. Patients will choose the provider they wish to carry out their treatment and this patient choice will drive activity levels. The term of this contract will be on a cost per case basis as per the published tariffs. But please note that the finance rate agreed from 1 April 2024 will be subject to wider WY ICB discussions. Additional information: Please note that during the lifetime of this contract, the Contracting Authority may ask for rechargeable aids to be offered as standard and the delivery of Leeds specific pathways as outlined in the service specification - section 3.2 and 4.3 respectively.Value not published
