About this contract

The supply of proprietary pharmaceuticals to participating Authorities in the NHS Region: South of England. The framework is forecasted to run from the 1st September 2017 - 31st August 2019 with the option to extend up to a further 24 months, giving a maximum duration of 48 months. Additional information: Products are listed in the ITO documents. Each individual National Product Code (NPC) pack description in each of the regions (South of England) is deemed to be a separate product for the application of the award criteria. There is no restriction on the number of products that bidders can offer for, or be awarded. The framework agreement is intended for use by the Department of Health, Public Health England and the NHS in England. The framework may also be used by private sector contractors and agents working on behalf of the above.
