About this contract

NHS Camden CCG is seeking to engage with suitably qualified service providers to deliver an Integrated and Accountable MSK Programme of Care The aim of this procurement is to provide an integrated and accountable MSK programme of care to people in Camden, which will include, but is not limited to: • managing patients’ cases throughout the lifetime of their condition • acting as a single point of access for MSK-related services for patients and GPs • completing triages and referrals to coordinate patient care across MSK providers and services • coordinating with services adjacent to MSK (psychological support, lifestyle, etc.) to ensure data sharing and improved patient experience • proactively offering patient choice at every referral point, including options closest to the patient’s location; and in full compliance with national guidance • maintaining equality across demographics • improving MSK patient outcome and experience TUPE of existing staff may apply to the services. The contract will be for duration of five years with an option to extend it for two years, subject to satisfactory performance and by mutual agreement with the Provider. The anticipated contract value for this five year period ranges from £60m to £75m and will be confirmed at the ITT stage of this procurement. Bidders invited to proceed to the ITT stage of the procurement will be issued with Procurement ITT documentation. The detailed requirements of the ITT, that is the information required from bidders and timescales for the submission of bids, will be included in the ITT documentation. The evaluation criteria against which bids will be evaluated is the most economical advantageous tender. The deadline for submitting a completed PQQ is at 12noon on the 3rd May 2016. Responses received after the deadline will not be considered. Suppliers must register, login, complete the documentation electronically and submit them via the Pro-contract portal. Bids received after the deadline may not be considered. It is anticipated that the PQQ evaluation and short-listing process will be completed and the results advised to Potential Bidders in the week commencing 23rd May 2016. Please note that any communication from NEL Commissioning Support Unit or CCG regarding this tender must be via Pro-contract discussion board. Bidders must use Pro-contract discussion board for their communications with NEL Commissioning Support or CCG regarding this procurement. A PQQ Bidder event will be held to allow potential bidders to learn more about this opportunity. The provisional date for this event is 13th April 2016 and a venue will be announced via the Pro- Contract e-tendering portal discussion board.
