About this contract

Notting Hill Housing (NHH) is seeking to appoint an Energy Services Company (ESCo) for the provision of communal/district heating services at our Royal Albert Wharf development in east London. Notwithstanding any statement on this notice to the contrary, NHH considers this contract to be a services concession contract. This opportunity is therefore being advertised in OJEU on a voluntary basis, with a view to ensuring that NHH remains compliant with general EU Treaty Principles.
