Newham Community Learning operates 6 schools in Newham, London, and the Trust is committed to maintaining high-quality facilities that support outstanding educational environments. The Trust is tendering for their Waste Collection and Recycling services with a two stage restricted process and an anticipated contract start date of 1st September 2025. The contract will run for an initial three-year term, ending on 31st August 2028, with termly and annual reviews in place. To ensure flexibility for both parties should the relationship not prosper, a break clause has been included. There is an option to extend the contract for a further two years beyond this date by mutual agreement, subject to satisfactory qualitative and financial performance.The current contract with Newham Council is at the end of the contract tenure and there is a good working relationship with the Trust.
