About this contract

The works comprise the design & build of a three storey steel framed structure with workshops, class bases, lecture theatre and café/kitchen to the ground floor, all with a GIFA of 3,997m2. External elevations of the new IOT comprises a mixture of finishes including curtain walling, brick slips, render and rainscreen terracotta tiles. Soft and hard landscaping to the surrounding zone is included with a mixture of porous and non porous paving and surfacing along with an encapsulated permavoid geocell sub-base replacement system for surface water drainage. Demolition of existing buildings to be completed by client prior to main contractor award.
