Some areas of work will be reserved for other specialist trades and not form part of this contract. Minor external works are also required in providing a new fire escape and new fencing. The scope will include delivery of work to designs developed by our architects, mechanical, and electrical engineers. The contractor will be expected to review and finalise these largely developed designs for our approval and subsequent construction. The project will be procured using the NEC3 Option A contract, the building will be occupied throughout and so careful planning and coordination of work will be required.
