About this contract

Northumberland County Council (NCC) wishes to contract with a provider to undertake remedial works to the B6344 at Todstead, which has deteriorated due to landslip. The Council is undertaking an open procedure, as detailed within the tender documents. The agreement will be based in the NEC4 Engineering and Construction contract. The work is to begin in April 2023 (following obtaining the requisite permits). The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge, at www.procontract.due-north.com. Note that this is a revised notice to change the submission date and time to 5pm, 13th January 2023.
