About this contract

To appoint a sub-contractor to supply and install all roofing works as part of the Commissioners Quay Scheme. Works comprise of 41nr new build dwellings in ten terraced blocks on a brownfield site previously with industrial units facing onto the quayside. The demolition of the previous buildings were carried out under a previous contract.
