About this contract

Ascent Homes are looking to appoint a subcontractor(s) to carry out all Groundworks and Enabling Works at the new East Ord housing development in Berwick, Northumberland. This project has been split into the following two lots: Lot 1 - Enabling works including compound, roads & sewers, and S278 works. Lot 2 - Groundworks including all substructures and screed and gas membrane. Contractors can bid for one or both lots. Further information can be found on ProContract under reference DN720169
