About this contract

The purpose of this framework is to enable the Environment Agency and other named public bodies to meet their statutory duties to ensure that waste which has been illegally exported or shipments which cannot be completed in accordance with a consignment note or a contract are repatriated back to the UK within the statutory time scales.
