About this contract

This ITT is for the provision of the National Patient and Staff Friends and Family Test Surveys at the Great Western Hospital NHS Trust Swindon. Currently the surveys for patient's are communicated via several online and offline methodologies and this opportunity seeks to establish what methods can be introduced to increase uptake over the duration of the contract period. Staff surveys are currently all online. This contract will be let on a 3+2 year basis.
